Services
During Pregancy
Close, continuous support from the very beginning, with ongoing follow-up for questions and concerns. A space to listen, offering guidance, and emotional support so you can feel safe, confident, and accompanied in every decision you make.
During Labor and Birth
Continuous presence throughout labor and the birth process, offering steady emotional and physical support while collaborating respectfully with the medical provider or midwife of your choice, always honoring your decisions, preferences, and wishes as a family.
Closure
A moment to reflect and honor the birth experience. Strengthening the couple’s confidence as they step into their journey as new parents.
Comfort Measures During Labor
We use natural comfort measures that help reduce the perception of pain, support relaxation, and work in harmony with the body’s natural physiology.
These tools allow the birthing person to feel more connected, safe, and supported, promoting a more fluid, conscious, and empowering birth experience.
Postpartum
Three postpartum visits focused on emotional well-being, gentle adjustment to this new stage, and strengthening the family bond, offering ongoing support and presence for the couple during this important transition.
DISCLAIMER NOTE
Doula services are established under a shared-responsibility agreement, in which all decisions related to labor and the birth process remain exclusively with the birthing person and their partner, in accordance with their birth plan and the clinical conditions present at the time of birth.
The doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support only and does not assume responsibility for medical, clinical, or any other decision-making.
This agreement must be formalized in writing, with the informed consent of both parties, acknowledging that last-minute changes may occur when required for the well-being of the mother and baby.
Additionally, the scope of services a doula may provide is subject to the policies, guidelines, and regulations of the medical staff and the hospital or birth facility chosen by the family.
